About Us

From One Mama’s Journey to a Roadmap for Healing

My daughter was injured at a routine wellness visit, and nothing about our lives was ever the same. I never expected to spend the next seventeen years in recovery mode — searching for answers, rebuilding her health, and learning everything I could to help her keep moving forward. But that’s exactly what we did. And we did it successfully.

This project is my heart laid out in steps I wish someone had handed me at the very beginning. My daughter and I tried everything — therapies, specialists, protocols, safer products, detox support, nutrition, regulation, and faith. Most of the time, we were walking blind, desperate for direction that simply didn’t exist.

I built The Safe Mama Project so no other mama has to walk this road alone or in the dark. If something changed in your child and no one seems to be listening, this is the roadmap I never had — created to help you move with clarity, confidence, and purpose instead of fear and confusion.

This is not a medical journal, and I am not a medical professional. This is about becoming your child’s advocate. It’s about hope, direction, empowerment, healing, mindset, faith — and a mother’s relentless love for her child.
